ARTWORK DONATION FORM

MARCH 8TH, 2025 5-8PM

Please complete Steps 1 and 2 below to register your donation.

Step 1:  Complete the form below and click the Register button when all required fields have been completed. Your donation should be valued at $50 or more. 

Each donor will be eligible to receive two Flex Passes to the Bradley Playhouse 2025 season.  Each pass lets you attend 4 of the regular season shows.

If you are generously donating more than one piece of artwork, please complete this form for each of your donations.

Your donation becomes the property of the Putnam Art Council for the express purpose of raising funds for future Art projects and Art Scholarships at the discretion of the Putnam Art Council.

Step 2:  If you have an image of your donation, please email a high resolution photograph of the piece to: 

PutnamCTArtsCouncil@gmail.com with "Art Heist Donation - <Your Name>

 

​Please name the image file with the title of your donation and your name,

so we can share the picture online.

 

After registering your artwork and emailing images, please drop off your work at Sawmill Pottery, 112 Main Street, Unit #14, Putnam CT
