ARTWORK DONATION FORM

Please complete Steps 1 and 2 below to register your donation.

Step 1:  Complete the form below and click the Register button when all required fields have been completed. 

If you are generously donating more than one piece of artwork, please complete this form for each of your donations.

Your donation becomes the property of the Putnam Art Council for the express purpose of raising funds for future Art projects and Art Scholarships at the discretion of the Putnam Art Council. 

 

Thank you your interest in donating artwork to the Putnam CT Arts Council's Art Heist. See details on the Art Heist main page for drop off details.

Step 2:  If you have an image of your donation, email a high resolution photograph of the piece to:
