The Putnam Arts Council is now accepting applications to the 2025 Fine Arts & Crafts Festival. We invite talented artists from all mediums to apply for our upcoming Art Festival! This vibrant event is a celebration of creativity, bringing together local and regional artists to showcase their work to an enthusiastic community of art lovers. Whether you're a painter, sculptor, jewelry maker, or mixed-media artist, this is your chance to connect with new audiences, share your passion, and sell your artwork. Note: Artists who have not used CAFE will need to create a profile and upload images of your artwork, including a booth image, and then you can apply.​
