We’re having another Art Heist!

It is not just an evening of fun, food and music. It is your chance to "steal" a great piece of artwork.

Help us support the arts in the Putnam community! Here's how it works:

• We will invite local artists to donate one or more original artworks, in any media, valued at $50 or more. Their generous donation helps us carry out our mission 

• Prior to the event art enthusiasts buy tickets for the Heist. 

• During the evening, participant tickets are selected randomly and the lucky ticket holder whose name is drawn will then “steal” their favorite artwork off the walls. The first ticket holder will get to pick any piece they like. The subsequent ticket holders select from the remaining artwork.  Some lucky ticket holders will go home with more than one piece!!

• Everyone goes home with artwork equal to, or greater than, the value of their ticket. It's a game of chance, but most people will go home with one of their top favorites. It's the luck of the draw!

Donated Artwork

Last year we received over 45 pieces of artwork from so many generous local artists. All artwork was valued at over $50 and some as high as $1000.  WOW! Photos of the donated artwork will be posted prior to the event so you can chose your favorites before you arrive.

Art Heist Tickets

• Tickets are $50.  The number of tickets sold will not be more than the number of donations. We will also have a "bonus" ticket where one person can steal a second piece of artwork and the last name drawn will receive an additional art-themed gift basket. Drinks and light hors d'oeuvres will be served, accompanied by live music..
