We’re having another Art Heist!​

It is not just an evening of fun, food and music, it's a chance for art lovers to "steal" a great piece of artwork while supporting the work of the Putnam Arts Council!

SOLD OUT?  If you get a message that tickets are sold out, you can send us an email to be put on the Wait List.  Put "Art Heist Wait List" in the subject and indicate your name, the number of tickets desired and a phone number.  Send the email to PutnamCTArtsCouncil@gmail.com.

Tickets are on sale February 2, until they sell out, for $50 each. It's truly a steal since the minimum value of each piece of art is $50. Some worth over $900! The number of tickets sold will not be more than the number of donations, so everyone goes home with a item for their collection. 

• Prior to the event, most of the donated artwork will be on display at Jewett City Savings Bank, Arts and Framing and the Courthouse Bar and Grill, all in Putnam.  Get a sneak preview of the artwork donated by the artists who have been so generous in helping us continue our mission!

• On the evening of March 7th at the Montgomery Ward building, after sharing in some drinks and appetizers, tickets are selected randomly and the lucky ticket holder whose name is drawn will then “steal” their favorite artwork off the walls. The first ticket holder will get to pick any piece they like. The subsequent ticket holders select from the remaining artwork. 

• Everyone goes home with artwork equal to, or greater than, the value of their ticket. It's a game of chance, but most people will go home with one of their top favorites. It's the luck of the draw!
