Putnam’s first ever Fine Arts & Crafts Festival would not have happened without the talented artists, artisans, crafters, and musicians who shaped our first festival and the community and visitors who showed up (even in the rain!) to support them! So thank you for making our very first Putnam Fine Arts & Crafts Festival a success!
